Grown in the Jaén-Cajamarca region of Peru at between 5900-6400 ft., its unique micro-climate provides us with beautifully diverse crops with hints of more traditional flavors like caramel, cacao, berries, and apples. Crisp acidity and a rich body accompany the fruitiness and honey-like flavors of this region.
