Grown in 3 coveted regions, the Jaén-Cajamarca region of Peru, Trés Rios region of Costa Rica, and the Atitlán region of Guatemala, these beans were picked at peak ripeness with favorable high altitudes, fertile volcanic soil, warm temperatures, steady rainfall, and a tropical climate leaving us with bright fruit-forward acidity, a lighter body, and smooth, sweet, floral notes.
