It is quite rare to find this type of well-balanced roast in the world today. Elevation speaks volumes as to why this harvest is so well-balanced and flavorful. Grown in the Jaén-Cajamarca region of Peru at between 5900-6400 ft. elevation, the harvest of these beans yields superior beans picked at peak ripeness, hand-washed and ecologically exported via fair-trade by our highly respected Peruvian farmers.
